Armenian Genocide

What's the difference between the Armenian and European Genocide?
The Armenian Genocide was caused by the Ottoman Empire being torn down. Everyone wanted a piece of this empire, and the Turkish felt like the Armenians were a threat. They were not. The Turkish still to this day deny there ever was a Genocide, saying the Armenians were enemies. The European Genocide was caused by Hitlers pure hatred of the Jews, and the fact the Germany was humiliated by The League of Nations after WW1.
These two Genocides were very much alike, as well. The Turkish had gas chambers but much different from the ones Germany had. Instead of actually using gas, the Turkish would put the Armenians in a cave and at the mouth of the cave, they would burn a large fire, suffocating the Armenians on the inside. Both Genocides also raped the women and forced people to become slaves. When they became too weak to continue serving their attackers, they would kill them.
Although there were different kinds of people involved in these Genocides, both Hitler and the Turkish Government had the same idea of wiping out an entire kind of people. Hitler wanted to get rid of the Jews and anyone that was against him, and the Turkish wanted to get rid of people they saw as threats or enemies(Armenians, Christians etc.).
Believe it or not, Hitler once spoke of the Armenians in his defense, quoting, "Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians?" (Adolf Hitler, August 22, 1939)
How did this effect the people?
Without the Holocaust, many thing would be different. People in school wouldn't learn about it. There would be more people in the world, there would be much more Jewish people. Because of Germany's mistakes, countries around them realized issues. Alliences and enemies were formed.
